BRINGING HEALTH AND WHOLENESS THROUGH BODY, SOUL, AND SPIRIT

About

Mary Hornsby, LMHC

As a licensed mental health therapist with over 22 years of experience, Mary is passionate about walking alongside individuals on their journey toward emotional wellness and personal growth. She holds a Master’s degree from Bradley University and is a Clinical Mental Health Counselor (CMHC), licensed to provide compassionate, evidence-based care.

Mary’s therapeutic approach is grounded in empathy, active listening, and a deep respect for the whole person—body, soul, and spirit. She is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), and she specializes in helping adults navigate challenges related to anxiety, depression, addiction, and trauma.

She strives to create a safe, non-judgmental space where clients feel seen, heard, and supported. Together, she and her clients develop individualized treatment plans that foster resilience, insight, and meaningful change. Her goal is to help clients not only cope more effectively but also reconnect with their inner strength and sense of purpose.

In addition to her clinical work, Mary is committed to lifelong learning and staying current with the latest advancements in the field of mental health. Outside the therapy room, she finds renewal in hiking, exploring nature, gardening, and traveling.

For those ready to take the next step toward healing, Mary considers it an honor to walk that path alongside them.

As a licensed associate clinical mental health counselor, Hannah Moerk believes healing begins with being seen, known, and cared for—especially in the messy, tender, or confusing parts of life. She works with children, teens, young adults, and families to foster greater emotional health, self-awareness, and resilience. She holds a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Grand Canyon University and a Bachelor of Arts in Health Communication from Davidson College.

Hannah’s therapeutic approach is trauma-informed, deeply relational, and rooted in the belief that every person holds the capacity for growth. She draws from a range of integrative, evidence-based methods tailored to each individual’s unique needs. Her work often incorporates play-based interventions, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Polyvagal Theory, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and somatic or creative practices.

She brings a warm and grounded presence to therapy, meeting each client with empathy, curiosity, and care. Whether navigating anxiety, trauma, grief, life transitions, or challenges with emotional regulation, Hannah walks alongside clients with gentleness and insight. She is passionate about helping others uncover strengths they didn’t know they had and reconnect with what matters most.

Outside of her clinical work, Hannah is a former Division I track and field athlete who now finds joy and renewal in trail running, downhill and cross country skiing, and hot yoga. She also loves playing the fiddle, hiking scenic trails, traveling to new destinations, and curling up in a hammock in nature with a good book.

For those ready to begin the healing journey, Hannah would be honored to hear your story and explore how she can support you or your family.
